LEGAL NOTICES AND GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE GUINOT WEBSITE

GUINOT SAS welcomes you to its website https://www.guinot.com. The user confirms having read, understood, and accepted all legal notices and general terms of use (hereinafter "General Terms of Use" or "GTU") before any use of the site and agrees to comply with them. Regarding minor users, their parents or guardians are deemed to have accepted these terms of use on their behalf.

This website, accessible at https://www.guinot.com (hereinafter the "Site"), is published by GUINOT SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 10,200,000 euros (€), whose registered office is located at 120, avenue Charles de Gaulle, 92200 NEUILLY-SUR-SEINE, registered with the NANTERRE Trade and Companies Register under no. 632 041 877 (hereinafter "GUINOT").

2. GENERAL INFORMATION - PRESENTATION AND CONTENT

Access to and use of the Site are subject to these GTU. Continued navigation implies express and unreserved acceptance by the visitor (hereinafter the "User"). The current online version is the only one enforceable. GUINOT reserves the right to modify the Site and these GTU at any time without notice.

The Site is for strictly personal use. Users may not use the Site for commercial, political, or advertising purposes. Creating hypertext links to the Site requires prior written consent from GUINOT.

3. PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT CREATION

11. APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

These GTU are governed by French Law. In case of a dispute, the French text shall prevail over any translation. Claims should be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
