- UVC: they are the most dangerous but are completely filtered by the atmosphere due to their short wavelength; as a result, they do not reach the Earth's surface (except in the case of a hole in the ozone layer).

Very regular exposure, even without sunburns, can therefore be dangerous. Indeed, UV doses accumulate throughout our lives, gradually reducing our sun capital.
